“CCC” certification introduction
一．What is “CCC”？
To perform the promise of attending WTO，the national quality inspection bureau and the national supervise commission have promulgated the certification system of mandatory product in december,2001. Unify the certification sign of mandatory product to be the new "CCC"sign. “China Compulsory Certification”（chinese name is“中国强制认证”，englishi abrige is“CCC ”，can also callde “CCC”sign.）. The new system was performed from May 1,2002, according to the requirement of the national supervise commission, begin to accept the application of this certification from May 1,2002. The certification sign is a mark to prove the product in <content> which is allowed to sale, import and use.
二．“CCC” certification beginning time：
Accoding to《The product quality law of the People's Republic of China》、《The inspection law of import and export merchandise of the People's Republic of China》、《the implements Statute of the inspection law of import and export merchandise of the People's Republic of China》、《The management regulation of product quality certification of the People's Republic of China》and《The management stipulates of mandatory product certification》，National quality supervisor inspects quarantine total bureau and National certification approve supervisor management committee decided to publish《the catalog of the product that is first mandatory implemented product certification》（following abbreviation catalog），the catalog contain 19 categories and 132 kinds of product. For the merchandise that is contained in the catalog, is begined to accept application from May 1,2002，beginning from May 1,2003, those product that did not get the certificate of mandatory product certification and did not lable the Chinese mandatory certification sign, cann't be sended out of factory, imported and saled.

stage 1：internet register：
Customer land www.cqc.com.cn website, register according to the hint on this net..
stage 2：fill in the application：
Customer land www.cqc.com.cn website，download “CCC certification application”、“product describes ”、“factory examination investigation form”，then, fill in it according to related requirement.
Application contains the relevant information about applicant, manufacturer, manufacture factory and product.
Each kind of the merchandise should be applied solely. the merchandise of the same model but from different manufacturer should be also applied solely.
It is complex to fill the product describes, and it still need offer the information of related goods. This part can be completed under the guidance of consultant.
stage 3：accepte application
After receiving the application that accords with requirement, CQC will send out the accept notice to the applicant to inform them dispatch or send relevant document and information. Turn the application stage into 3. At the same time，CQC dispatch relevant charge and notice. Applicant submit the data to CQC accoding to the requirement. After payment, applicant please fill in the payment credential according to requirement.
stage 4：information's examination
During the information examination stage, the engineer of product certification need to divide application as unit.
After this, if needs conduct sample testing，The engineer of product certification dispatch the shape sending notice and corresponding payment notice to applicant, at the same time，inform the applicant to dispatch sample receiving notice to the corresponding detection organization.
stage 5：the sample of sending shape is taken over
The applicant directly sent the sample to the designated detection organization. Please fill in the payment proof according to requirement after applicant paying .
Detection organization conduct checking and accepting for the sample , then fill in the sample acceptance report, and will sent reform notice for the nonconformity sample, then after reforming, fill in sample acceptance report.
After checking and accepting sample, detection organization fills in the sample detection schedule to announce CQC. After receiveing sample detection progress and confirming applicant has paid off relavent cost, CQC send out formal accept notice to applicant and send detection assignment certificate to detection organization, then sample testing is formal to begin.
stage 6：sample testing
During the sample testing process, for the nonconformity items, applicant should rectify and reform it according to sample testing rectify and reform notice.
After sample test finishes , detection organization fills in the test result notice, and deliver the information such as test report to CQC.
stage 7：factory examines
For the application that need to carry out(determined by CQC) factory examination, the inspection department will organize factory to examine.
stage 8：qualified judgement
Product certification engineer will carry out first comment after collecting and arranging the result of each stage. Qualified assessor recomment all the result above.
stage 9：certificate approving
CQC director issues the certificate. 。
stage 10：certificate's print, draw, send and management
Applicant prints the certificate receive credencial, and go to CQC to take the certificate by oneself or ask CQC to send it.

Manufacturer in boundary use Chinese to fill in the product describe report, manufacturer out of boundary use Chinese and English to fill in the product describe report.
Inspection engineer should reflect the information which is concerned with product safety and EMC performance control in product describe report with succinct, professional language and(or) chart . Product describe report content should be professional and helpful for the factory inspector to check on-the-spot, but those content which is evident and those is hard to operate or inconvenience to check and control need not be ranked.
The form of product describe report is general and apply to all kind of certification products. For certain a specific product, some items are probably unnecessary, we can express them with "N/A".

1．The basic condition of product which is mainly inspected（include product name, model specifications, trademark）：

3．Safely insulation system of product which is mainly inspected

6．The product accemble chart/electrical principle chart/wiring plan of product which is mainly inspected

8．Photograph (together with the experiment report photograph )
（1）At least include these photographes, such as epigraph board, appearance ( front, back, side, bottom and connection terminal condition ), warning mark, crucial structure( metal shield, plastic baffle, plastic cover, warning mark, internal wire layout, magnetism surround and the front and back of power printed board etc.)
